Energy Booster Drink for Iftar

At iftar time, the body needs instant energy, hydration, and nutrition. This simple and healthy drink gives you a quick energy boost.
Ingredients:
- Milk: 1 glass
- Dates: 3 to 5 (pitted)
- Banana: 1
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Almonds: 5 to 7 (soaked)
- Ice: as needed
Method:
- First, soak the dates and almonds in water for 10 minutes.
- Then add milk, dates, banana, almonds, and honey into a blender.
- Blend well until you get a smooth mixture.
- Add ice and blend lightly again.
- Pour into a glass and serve chilled at iftar.
