Ingredients:

  • Milk: 1 glass
  • Dates: 3 to 5 (pitted)
  • Banana: 1
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Almonds: 5 to 7 (soaked)
  • Ice: as needed

Method:

  • First, soak the dates and almonds in water for 10 minutes.
  • Then add milk, dates, banana, almonds, and honey into a blender.
  • Blend well until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Add ice and blend lightly again.
  • Pour into a glass and serve chilled at iftar.
