Ingredients
- Boneless chicken – 500 grams (cut into small pieces)
- Corn flour – ½ cup
- All-purpose flour – ½ cup
- Egg – 1
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

For the Sauce
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Chili sauce – 1 tablespoon

Method
In a bowl, add the chicken pieces and mix them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and the egg.
Now add flour and corn flour and coat the chicken well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces on medium heat until they turn golden and crispy.
In another pan, add a little oil and lightly fry the chopped garlic.
Add soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and vinegar, and cook for a short time.
Now add the fried chicken bites into the sauce and mix well so the sauce coats every piece.
Finally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
