Macaroni Fruit Salad (Special for Iftar)

Ingredients:

  • Macaroni: 1 cup
  • Apple: 1 (cut into small pieces)
  • Banana: 1 (sliced into rounds)
  • Grapes: 1 cup
  • Pineapple: 1 cup (small pieces)
  • Cream: 1 cup
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
  • Condensed milk: 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons (adjust to taste)
  • Salt: a pinch

Method:

1.     Boil the macaroni in water with a pinch of salt.

2.     Once cooked and soft, drain and let it cool.

3.     In a large bowl, mix cream, mayonnaise, condensed milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

4.     Add the boiled macaroni to this mixture.

5.     Gently fold in apple, banana, grapes, mango, and pineapple.

6.     Refrigerate the prepared salad for 40 minutes to chill properly.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve the cold macaroni fruit salad at Iftar. It’s delicious and refreshing.

Tip:
You can also add strawberries, pomegranate seeds, or jelly to enhance the taste and make it more colorful.
