 Recipe to Make Piña Colada for Iftar

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or coconut cream for creamier texture)
  • 1/2 cup chilled milk (optional, for a lighter version)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes – 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream — 1 scoop
  • Pineapple juice — 1/2 cup

 

Method

1.     Prepare the blender – Add pineapple chunks, coconut milk, chilled milk (if using), sugar/honey, and vanilla extract into a blender.

2.     Add ice – Pour in the ice cubes for a chilled, refreshing drink.

3.     Blend – Blend on high speed until smooth and frothy.

4.     Taste and adjust – Check sweetness and add more sugar or honey if desired.

5.     Serve – Pour into glasses, garnish with pineapple slices or cherries.

6.     Optional twist – Add a few mint leaves for extra freshness.

Tips

  • For a more indulgent Piña Colada, use coconut cream instead of coconut milk.
