PlayFest announces 2026 full-day festival at PNCA Islamabad
The event will bring Islamabad and Rawalpindi together around music, food, family, culture, creativity and community, with a programme designed for shared discovery and participation across generations.
Positioned by the organisers as the first-ever and biggest family festival of its kind, PlayFest will combine live entertainment, family experiences, food and beverage, creator experiences and interactive programming in one full-day event. The announced entertainment lineup includes Bilal Saeed, Zoha Waseem and Afusic, with XIN as host.
The programme also includes a night concert, the Biggest Bubble Show, a Kids DJ Rave Party, 50+ stalls, 10+ kids’ zones, giveaways and brand activations. Playfest’s programme is structured around interconnected experience areas including live music and performances, food and beverage, family experiences, kids’ activities, creator experiences, brand activations, interactive games and community experiences.
Together, these elements give visitors multiple ways to engage beyond the concert, from exploring stalls and food offerings to taking part in activities and games. “PlayFest is being created as a shared space where families, young people and communities can experience music, culture, creativity and participation together,” said Fasih Zaidi, Event Director, PlayFest Organising Team.
