To register, visit your nearest BIISP tehsil office and locate the dynamic registration desk. Applicants must bring their original CNIC, NADRA-issued B-Form for children, recent electricity bill, and an active mobile number.

After receiving a token, a data entry operator will ask questions about your social and economic status. Answering these questions and verifying your fingerprint is mandatory to complete the form and confirm your identity.
Once the survey is completed, applicants will receive a confirmation SMS from 8171 notifying successful completion. Eligible applicants will receive a follow-up message for further verification.
BISP has emphasized that the dynamic survey is completely free. Charging any fee is illegal. Citizens are advised to rely only on official sources and stay alert against fake information.
Additionally, the Benazir Hunarmand Program has been launched to provide technical training to deserving individuals. This initiative aims to make participants self-reliant and enable them to contribute to the national economy.
