The service enables users to complete biometric verification at home, while the remaining formalities can be finalized at the relevant department. According to an official awareness post, NADRA has also simplified biometric verification for buying SIM cards and accessing other services, ensuring that citizens can securely complete identity verification using the Pak Identity mobile app.

This initiative aims to reduce repeated visits to offices, saving time and effort. Users can now verify their biometric details at home and share the verification results directly with institutions whenever required.

In the age of fast technological change, NADRA emphasized that Pak Identity services are designed to meet the growing registration needs of Pakistani citizens. The platform allows people to apply for identity documents online, whether they are in Pakistan or abroad.
