(Web Desk): Dubai has launched the One Freezone Passport, a major step that will change how companies work across the city.

Dubai has taken a bold step to boost its business-friendly image by launching the One Freezone Passport, a major initiative by the Dubai Free Zones Council. This new system allows businesses registered in any of Dubai’s 20+ free zones to operate across others without needing extra licenses or approvals.
For Pakistani investors and entrepreneurs, it’s a golden opportunity to grow in Dubai with less paperwork, quick expansion, and lower costs.

Previously, companies had to get separate licenses to work in different zones, making expansion complex and expensive. Now, with just one license, businesses can expand across all participating zones with ease.
Even global giants like Louis Vuitton have started using this system, showing strong international interest. The passport also supports Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33, a ten-year plan to double the Emirate’s economy and become one of the world’s top three economic cities.
This move will benefit Pakistani startups and SMEs by reducing red tape and providing faster access to international markets. It is also expected to boost Dubai’s real estate sector, especially in areas like Dubai South, Business Bay, and Dubai Hills, where demand for office and luxury housing is rising.
