Foreign Minister of Türkiye Hakan Fidan on Wednesday called Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar to express Türkiye’s solidarity with Pakistan against India’s unprovoked aggression, violating Pakistan’s sovereignty and killing innocent civilians.

At the weekly press briefing, FO spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan said: “It is most unfortunate that India’s reckless conduct has brought the two nuclear-armed states closer to a major conflict.”
His remarks came ahead of a meeting between Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir and PM Shehbaz Sharif and other top state functionaries. The Saudi official had travelled to Pakistan on Friday after completing an official visit to India.

Also China has “strongly” urged India and Pakistan to avoid further escalation—just hours after Pakistan launched a powerful missile retaliation against India in response to an unprovoked attack that killed dozens inside its borders.
China’s Foreign Ministry, voicing “deep concern,” stated: “We strongly urge both sides to act in the larger interest of peace and stability, exercise calm and restraint, return to the track of political settlement through peaceful means, and refrain from any action that could further escalate tensions.”
The operation’s name, Bunyan un Marsoos, is drawn from a verse of the Holy Quran, which means “a wall constructed of molten lead.” It symbolises solidarity, strength, and impenetrability.
According to security sources, under this operation, Indian military installations have been successfully targeted.
The key targets include the BrahMos missile storage site in the Beas area, the Udhampur Air Base, and the Pathankot Airfield.
