Yasir Khan, from Madi Pur Yunusabad, was on a tugboat in Bandar Abbas port on the night of March 23 when the missile strike occurred. He had been working there for the past six months and was abroad for employment purposes.
Despite five days passing since the attack, his body has not yet been returned to Pakistan, causing extreme distress for his family.
Yasir was the youngest of six siblings and leaves behind a three-year-old son. His sudden death has shocked the entire family.
Family members say there has been no effective government contact or clear steps to repatriate his body. They are trying on their own to bring Yasir Khan’s body back to Pakistan as soon as possible.
