The US-Iran conflict has intensified after American forces reportedly carried out airstrikes for the ninth consecutive night, while Iran claimed fresh missile attacks against US targets across the Middle East.

According to reports, US strikes targeted several Iranian locations, including Tabriz, Chabahar, Sirik, Hormozgan, Bushehr, Abadan, and Konarak. Claims also emerged that Iranian nuclear and military facilities were hit during the latest wave of attacks.

Reports further confirmed that a US strike hit an Iranian nuclear power plant, triggering strong international concern. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) announced it has launched an investigation into the incident to assess the impact and gather more information.

Meanwhile, Iran claimed it had launched new ballistic missiles at US positions in the region. Iranian sources said a command center at Al-Tanf in Syria was targeted, while missiles were also fired at US aircraft stationed at Jordan's Aqaba Airport.

Iranian officials also claimed that their air defense systems intercepted and destroyed several American drones and cruise missiles. These claims have not been independently verified.

Separate reports said two oil tankers attempting to pass through the southern route of the Strait of Hormuz were destroyed by explosions. Another vessel reportedly caught fire near Kumzar, Oman, adding to concerns over the safety of one of the world's busiest oil shipping routes.

Security alerts have also increased across the Gulf. Sirens were reportedly heard in Bahrain's capital, Manama, while the US Embassy in Bahrain issued a precautionary alert to American citizens over the possibility of Iranian attacks.

In Iraq, officials also confirmed the death of another American soldier, highlighting the growing risks of the escalating regional conflict.
