(Web Desk): Iranian strikes on US bases have killed 200 soldiers, claimed Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), as tensions explode after US Israel attack.

Iran’s IRGC said its retaliatory missile attacks have killed or wounded at least 200 American soldiers. Iran’s state broadcaster quoted the force as saying, “Missile attacks on US bases have killed or wounded at least 200 soldiers,” though no independent confirmation has yet emerged.

The escalation comes after the United States and Israel launched a military operation targeting Iran. Major cities, including Tehran, were hit. The White House said the action was prompted by missile and nuclear threats allegedly coming from Iran.

In response, the IRGC announced a large-scale counterattack. Iranian missiles and drones were reportedly launched toward US-linked bases across the region. According to Mehr News Agency, American military facilities in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE were among the targets.

Air raid sirens also sounded in the Tel Aviv area during the escalation. On social media, a map was circulated showing the locations of American bases throughout the Middle East.

Meanwhile, Iranian air defense systems reportedly shot down three Hermes drones belonging to the Israeli Air Force. The drones were said to have been intercepted over Ahvaz, Khamaneh and Tabriz, cities located in different parts of Iran.

The situation remains tense, with both sides presenting strong claims. There has been no immediate detailed response from Washington regarding the reported casualties.

The claims of 200 casualties are serious. If confirmed, this could deepen the conflict quickly. Both sides appear determined. Without urgent diplomacy, the fighting may expand further across the region.
