By taking leave on Monday, May 25, residents can extend the break further. This can turn the holidays into a total of nine continuous days.
However, the final dates depend on the moon sighting. Authorities will confirm the official holidays closer to the time.
Experts suggest that Dhul Hijjah may begin around Monday, May 18. These dates are expected but may change based on the lunar calendar.
