Another Pakistani TikToker Ayesha Shamsu Bibi shot dead in Taxila attack
The attack took place when motorcycle-riding attackers allegedly opened fire at a car carrying the TikToker and her family members.
Attack leaves TikToker dead
Ayesha Shamsu Bibi had been creating content on TikTok for about four years and had more than 1.3 million followers.
Before leaving home, she reportedly received a phone call from a man identified as Kashif Kashi and later travelled with her sister and brother.
The family was travelling in a car when attackers on motorcycles allegedly opened fire near a private petrol station.
Bibi suffered a gunshot wound to the neck and was critically injured as the attack caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
Sister injured in crash
The car later collided with a dumper after the driver lost control following the firing.
Bibi’s 15-year-old sister, Asmiya, was injured in the crash and was taken to a hospital for medical treatment.
The shooting and subsequent crash have become key parts of the police investigation into the incident.
Police are now examining what happened before, during and after the attack.
Alleged threats under investigation
The FIR mentions an alleged financial dispute involving Bibi and individuals identified as Kausar and Javed alias Shaheen.
Her father told police that his daughter had previously informed the family about alleged threats from the suspects.
