The Google-owned video sharing platform is testing a new feature that will allow users to directly tag other people in their videos. This will make it easier for viewers to discover and follow content.

This is a tool similar to the collaboration feature available on TikTok and Instagram, in which users tag each other by sharing posts.

According to the report, this feature on YouTube is currently available to limited users, but it is likely to be introduced to everyone soon.

This feature on YouTube also works similarly to the collaboration feature on Instagram and TikTok.

When you click on the name of the main creator, the names of other tag collaborators will appear in a pop-up window, next to which there will be a subscribe button.

When another user is tagged for a video by an individual, they must click the OK button on the invite.
