The allrounder added some late excitement with an aggressive cameo, smashing 20 runs in Irshad's final over and finishing unbeaten on 44 off just 19 balls for the Rawalpindiz in Lahore.
Forrester struck two boundaries and four sixes during his entertaining 27-minute stay at the crease.
The youngster has come through the domestic structures with Free State in Division 2 before moving to North West Dragons to play in Division 1.
But it was during the recent Betway SA20 Season 4 where Forrester shot to prominence for Joburg Super Kings. Forrester blasted 175 runs, with a top score of 80 not out, at an average of 58.33 and strike-rate of 165.09.

He will certainly continue his upward trajectory at Rawalpindiz where he plays with seasoned internationals like Pakistan’s Mohammad Rizwan and Mohammed Amir along with New Zealand’s Daryl Mitchell and England’s Sam Billings.
Unfortunately for the Rawalpindiz, Forrester’s late burst was not enough to get them over the line with Islamabad United cruising home by seven wickets with 34 balls remaining.
Forrester will not have to wait long for his next outing with Rawalpindiz set to face Multan Sultans in Lahore on Monday.
Rawalpindiz have currently played three matches and are yet to get on the board and in second last place with only Hyderabad Kingsmen below them.
