Noman Ali from Pakistan impressed with a 10 wicket haul in the first Test in Lahore and picked multiple wickets in the second Test, climbing high in the bowling rankings. Senuran Muthusamy of South Africa shone with 11 wickets and an crucial unbeaten 89 in the Rawalpindi Test, earning praise from analysts. Rashid Khan continued his white-ball mastery with outstanding figures in both ODI and T20 formats.
On the women’s side, Ash Gardner’s all round displays helped Australia in ODIs, including key performances at the World Cup. Smriti Mandhana scored 381 runs in seven ODIs during the World Cup, with several crucial knocks that kept India in title contention. Laura Wolvaardt led the World Cup run charts with 470 runs in October, including a 169 in a semifinal.
