Fans allowed in stadium for PSL final after PM Shehbaz approval
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has announced that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the presence of spectators for the PSL 11 final, allowing fans to return to the stadium.
In a post on social media platform X, Mohsin Naqvi said he had personally requested the prime minister to allow spectators inside the stadium for the final match.
He added that the prime minister was already open to the idea of allowing fans but also highlighted that austerity measures are currently in place across the country. These steps include efforts to reduce fuel usage and control expenses.

However, Naqvi said that after a request from franchise owners, the prime minister agreed and granted permission for fans to attend the PSL 11 final.
He expressed gratitude for the decision, saying it will bring excitement back to the stadium and give fans a chance to enjoy the biggest match of the tournament live.
The decision is expected to create a lively atmosphere for the final, as cricket supporters return to stadium stands after restrictions.
