DUBAI (Web Desk): Pakistan Under-19 has won the toss and opted to bat first against Japan in Match 11 of the Asian Cricket Council Under-19 Asia Cup.

Abdul Subhan, Usman Khan, Naveed Ahmed Khan and Ali Raza are not playing the match, these players were replaced by Umar Zaib, Ahmed Hussain, Muhammad Huzaifa, and Tayyab Arif.

Skipper Saad Baig takes on the opening role along with Faham-ul-Haq.

Earlier, Pakistan smashed the United Arab Emirates by 69 runs in match seven to qualify for the semi-final round of the U19 Asia Cup 2024 at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Chasing 315 runs, the UAE made 245 runs for loss of eight wickets in 50-over match as Pakistan’s Abdul Subhan claimed six-wicket haul to dismantle the hosts batting lineup.

As the top order consists of Yayin Rai (18), Aryan Saxena (24) and Akshat Rai (5) failed to score stunningly, strong partnership of Ethan D souza and Rayan Khan came to naught.
