However, Arshad’s father-in-law Muhammad Nawaz has announced giving him a different and unique gift, a buffalo. He said he is very happy for Arshad’s success, adding Arshad will be warmly welcomed when he comes to his house. He also said he is getting a garland of flowers prepared for his son-in-law to acknowledge his hard work and success.
Talking about his daughter, he said his youngest daughter, who is also a Hafiza-e-Quran, was married to Arshad Nadeem. “They have three children including two sons and a daughter. A daughter studies in the first grade while a son attends a local school and the other son is still young.”

Muhammad Nawaz said when Arshad Nadeem became his son-in-law, he did not do any regular job but was fond of javelin and used to practice at home.
He praised the simplicity and humility of his son-in-law and said Arshad Nadeem would always eat whatever food was given to him in the house without any hesitation. He added there was never any complaint against Arshad, and he was always good-natured and simple-minded.
“This unique gift is a beautiful acknowledgment of Arshad Nadeem’s achievements and a sign that his close relatives are also with him in this journey of success,” he stated.
Career of Arshad Nadeem
Arshad Nadeem won a bronze medal at the Asian Junior Athletics Championships in 2016. He also holds the national record in javelin throw.
In 2017, Arshad won his first gold medal at the South Asian Games in Guwahati.
He won a second gold medal at the South Asian Games in Kathmandu and won a bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta.
Arshad Nadeem holds the record for the second-longest javelin throw in the world.
He is the first player to win a gold medal for Pakistan at the Commonwealth Games since 1962. He received this honor at the Commonwealth Games 2022 in Birmingham.
Moreover, Arshad Nadeem won the first silver medal for Pakistan at the 2022 World Athletics Championships.
