(Web Desk): The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) reporting about tomorrow’s weather said that a shallow westerly wave is prevailing over western/upper parts of the country and likely to moving north-eastwards.

On Saturday, partly cloudy weather conditions are expected in Northern areas, North Balochistan and Southern Punjab. While very cold weather is likely in Northern areas during morning/night hours.

Light rain/ snowfall (over mountains) may occur at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan. Smog (while fog in patches during night/morning hours) is likely to persist over the plain areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

On Friday partly cloudy weather conditions are expected in Northern areas, Balochistan and Southern Punjab. While very cold weather conditions are expected in Northern areas. Light rain/snowfall (over mountains) is expected at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Dir, Chitral, Swat, Kohistan). Smog (while fog in patches) is likely to persist over the plain areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Weather remained cold and dry over most parts of the country, while very cold in hilly areas. Partly cloudy weather conditions prevailed in Northern areas and North Balochistan. Smog (while fog in patches during night/morning hours) persisted over a few plain areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
