The latest Lahore weather update shows a refreshing change as overnight rain across several areas brought cool and pleasant conditions to the city. Light showers were recorded in Township, Green Town, Kacha Jail Road, Model Town, and PECO Road, followed by cool morning breezes.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the weather is expected to remain partly cloudy with more rain likely in the coming hours.

More Rain Forecast in Next 24 Hours

The Met Department has predicted further rainfall in Lahore within the next 24 hours, with intermittent showers expected to continue over the next few days. The current temperature stands at 24°C, while the maximum may reach 30°C.

Humidity levels have been recorded between 49% and 65%, with winds blowing at speeds of 6 to 8 km/h, adding to the pleasant feel across the city.

Rain System Affects Karachi as Well

Meanwhile, the same western weather system is also impacting Karachi, where light rain has been reported in areas including Saddar, MA Jinnah Road, II Chundrigar Road, PIDC, Baldia, and SITE.

The weather department has indicated that this rain spell may continue until March 29, keeping temperatures moderate and conditions comfortable throughout the week.

The ongoing rain spell is expected to maintain cool and enjoyable weather conditions in both Lahore and Karachi, offering relief from rising temperatures as spring transitions into warmer days.
