According to the forecast, most areas of the country will continue to experience dry weather, while plains are expected to remain hot during the daytime. However, parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab may receive rain during evening and night hours.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department stated that Islamabad, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and northeastern Balochistan are also likely to witness rain, while some areas may experience hailstorms during the night.
In upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, moderate to heavy rainfall is expected at a few locations. The Met Office added that intermittent rain activity may continue across different regions from today until April 18.
Meanwhile, Karachi is expected to remain mostly clear with relatively hot and dry weather conditions. The city recorded a minimum temperature of 25°C, while the maximum temperature is expected to range between 33°C and 35°C.
