NDMA has released the ramazan 2026 weather outlook, forecasting pleasant conditions at first with rising temperatures later across Pakistan.
The forecast was issued by the National Emergencies Operation Centre of the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), offering relief to millions preparing for fasting during the holy month. According to officials, most parts of Pakistan will experience generally comfortable weather, with warm days and cool nights in the early phase.
During the first ashra of ramazan, dry weather is expected in most regions. However, light rain may occur in northern and western areas. Night temperatures will remain relatively cold in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and northern Balochistan, which could make sehri and iftar timings more comfortable.
In the second ashra, temperatures are likely to increase gradually. Scattered rainfall is expected in northern areas, central Punjab, and the Pothohar region. Weather experts also warned of possible windstorms and isolated thunderstorms in some locations.
