According to motorway officials, M3 is closed from Faizpur to Darkhana, while M4 is shut between Gujrat and Abdul Hakim due to heavy fog. M5, covering Sukkur to Multan, has also been closed to ensure road safety.

In the north, M1 is closed from Peshawar to Burhan, and M2 is shut from Lahore to Kot Momin. Similarly, M11 from Lahore to Sialkot has been blocked as visibility drops sharply.
Central region authorities confirmed that M14 sections from Hakla to DI Khan and from Isa Khel 209 to 113 Tarp are closed for fog-related safety. The motorway spokesperson emphasized that these measures are to protect citizens’ lives and prevent accidents.
Officials urged motorists to stay updated on traffic alerts and avoid traveling on fog-hit highways until conditions improve. They highlighted that safety is the top priority during this period of poor visibility.
