Rain continues intermittently in Rawalpindi, 27 mm of rain was recorded in Saidpur, 15 mm in Shamsabad.

The rain reduced the heat and humidity.

According to the WASA department, the water flow in the Nala Lai is normal, and arrangements are complete in view of the rain.

The WASA department says that staff and machinery are deployed in low-lying areas, and a rain emergency is in effect in Rawalpindi.

On the other hand, drizzle occurred early in the morning in the areas of I. I. Chundrigar Road, Saddar and MA Jinnah Road in Karachi.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather is likely to remain hot and humid in most parts of the country today. However, rain is possible in Islamabad, upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
