A tragic incident has been reported from Dera Ismail Khan, where three labourers lost their lives after consuming a suspected contaminated sweet dish in the village of Paloski. The incident occurred while the men were working at a mountain site in Darazanda tehsil.
According to initial reports, the labourers fell seriously ill after eating halwa during their work. Two of the victims died on the spot, while the third succumbed to his condition on the way to the hospital.
Hospital sources later confirmed the identities of the deceased as Sheran Khan, Fatah Muhammad, and Noor Muhammad, all belonging to the family of Haji Jamal Khan Karamzai. The bodies have been shifted to Mufti Mehmood Hospital for post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death.
