The Punjab Transport Company has launched an eco-friendly electric bus service in Rajanpur City, offering residents a modern, affordable, and environmentally sustainable mode of transportation.
Under the new initiative, passengers can travel on fully air-conditioned electric buses at a flat fare of Rs 20 per ride. The service includes modern amenities such as free Wi-Fi, mobile charging ports, and wheelchair accessibility, ensuring comfort and inclusivity for all commuters.
The electric bus service operates on a circular route covering major locations across Rajanpur. Key stops include Grid Chowk, Government College Rajanpur, Chowk Allahabad, Circuit House, Khatam-e-Nabuwwat Chowk, DC Office, Katchery Chowk, GPO, Fatehpur Adda, Government Women College, Gill Pump, Mansoorabad Colony, and Hakeem Colony Pull. The loop-based route is designed to improve connectivity and reduce travel time for daily commuters.

Officials from the Punjab Transport Company said the project aims to provide safe, reliable, and environmentally friendly public transport while keeping fares affordable for the general public.
