Police claim protest was part of alleged plan

Azad Jammu and Kashmir Police officials in Kotli said certain elements were allegedly planning to disturb law and order in the city.

The injured officer was shifted to a hospital in Rawalpindi for treatment and was reportedly in critical condition. Post Commander Naeem was also injured during the incident, police said.

The incident created tension in the area and affected traffic movement. Police responded to the situation and took steps to regain control of the area.

Road cleared after police response

Officials said police cleared the road following the incident.
