Under the new system, intending pilgrims will be able to complete the medical certification process digitally.

The online system is part of Pakistan’s wider effort to provide Hajj-related services through digital platforms. The official Hajj Management System is operated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs and developed by the National Information Technology Board.
Doctor verification remains necessary
Although the submission process has moved online, pilgrims will still need to have their medical forms completed and verified by a qualified doctor. The medical certificate is intended to confirm a pilgrim’s fitness for the Hajj journey.
Pilgrims should therefore complete their medical examination before uploading the required documents. The online facility does not remove the need for medical verification. Instead, it provides a digital way to submit the completed certificate to the authorities.
Overseas Pakistanis can also submit certificates
Pakistani nationals living abroad will also be able to use the online system. They will need to have the prescribed medical form completed and verified by a doctor in their country of residence.
After verification, the certificate can be uploaded through the online system under the relevant Overseas Category. This will allow overseas Pakistani pilgrims to complete their medical documentation without having to return to Pakistan solely to submit the certificate.
