FPSC announces 34 FIA jobs - Apply now
The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has announced recruitment for 34 posts in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), offering opportunities in BS-16 and BS-17.
The vacancies include 12 posts for Assistant Director (Legal) BS-17 and 22 posts for Superintendent BS-16. Both positions will initially be offered on a temporary basis, although they may later be made permanent.
Successful candidates can be posted anywhere in Pakistan.
Assistant Director Legal Jobs
For the 12 Assistant Director (Legal) positions, applicants must hold a second-class or Grade-C LLB degree from an HEC-recognised university.
Candidates must also have at least two years of post-degree experience in legal practice or prosecution in a legal department.
The age limit is 22 to 30 years, with a general relaxation of five years in the upper age limit.
Of the 12 posts, six are allocated to Punjab, two to rural Sindh, one to urban Sindh, two to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and one to the former FATA region.
The Punjab quota includes five open-merit seats and one for women. Rural Sindh has one open-merit and one women’s seat, while the urban Sindh seat is on open merit. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has one open-merit and one minority/non-Muslim seat, while the former FATA seat is reserved for women.
Superintendent BS-16 Vacancies
For the 22 Superintendent posts, candidates with 16 years of education and a second-class or Grade-C master’s degree are eligible.
Applicants with 14 years of education may also qualify if they hold a bachelor’s degree and have two years of experience in accounts or administration.
The age requirement is 20 to 28 years, with a general five-year relaxation in the upper age limit.
The quota includes two merit seats, 11 for Punjab, two for rural Sindh, two for urban Sindh, three for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, one for Balochistan and one for former FATA.

The FPSC has directed eligible candidates to submit their applications within the given deadline.
The last date to apply is August 31, 2026. Applications can be submitted through the official FPSC website.
