Mohsin Naqvi meets JI chief Hafiz Naeem to discuss security, politics
Naqvi visited Mansoorah, where he held a meeting with Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Hafiz Naeemur Rehman. The discussion focused on important national matters and issues affecting ordinary people.
The meeting comes as Pakistan continues to deal with political challenges, security concerns and changing developments in the region.
Acting JI Secretary General Nazir Ahmed Janjua and Information Secretary Shakeel Ahmed Turabi also attended the meeting.

Political and security situation discussed
The participants held detailed discussions on the country’s overall political situation and security environment. They also exchanged views on regional developments and challenges facing the public.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss possible ways to address issues affecting people and matters considered important for the country.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also spoke about the recent regional situation. He said tensions in the region had eased again because of continued efforts by the Field Marshal.

Naqvi offers condolences over JI leader’s death
During the meeting, Naqvi also expressed deep sorrow over the death of Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Ameer-ul-Azeem.
He offered Fateha for the deceased and prayed for the elevation of his ranks.
The interior minister also prayed for patience and strength for Ameer-ul-Azeem’s family, JI leadership and party workers during the difficult period.
The condolence message was part of the meeting, which otherwise focused largely on political, security and regional matters.
