Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah encouraged the province’s youth to apply online and benefit from this modern, merit-based recruitment system designed to ensure transparency and equal opportunity.
According to Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, more than 326,000 candidates have already been declared eligible through the Sindh Job Portal. He explained that the platform is a fully automated and digital system, which screens and matches candidates based on their education, experience, and skills.
Through the new portal, applicants can now access both public and private sector job opportunities from home. The listings include Grade 5 to 15 government posts, along with technical and non-technical jobs in various sectors.
Memon added that each applicant’s data is digitally secured, and the entire recruitment process is traceable and auditable to ensure transparency and fairness. The Sindh government, he said, aims to promote merit, transparency, and youth empowerment through this initiative.

The official spokesperson stated that detailed application procedures are available on the portal. Applicants can create an account, upload their educational and professional details, and the system will automatically suggest suitable job matches based on their profiles.
The launch of the Sindh Job Portal marks a major digital shift in the province’s hiring process. By combining automation with transparency, the system reduces human interference and potential bias. For thousands of job seekers, especially youth in remote areas, this online platform opens a new and fair path to public sector employment.
