ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders were not allowed to meet PTI founder Imran Khan.

According to details, after being denied permission, PTI leaders staged a strong protest outside Adiala Jail and spoke to the media. They stated that they had arrived at the jail at 2 AM, eagerly waiting for the meeting, but prison authorities refused to grant access.

PTI’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa finance advisor Muzzammil Aslam said he arrived with five other leaders, including three technocrats, to discuss national and KP’s economic matters, but they were repeatedly ignored.

MNA Shahid Ahmed Khattak stated that despite being given a scheduled time of 2 AM, they were still denied entry. He criticized the jail superintendent, claiming he was acting beyond his authority.

Retired Brigadier Musaddiq Abbasi, another PTI leader, mentioned that this was his fourth attempt to meet Imran Khan, yet each time, they faced humiliation. He expressed disappointment, saying that even ordinary prisoners have visitation rights, but a former prime minister is being denied this basic courtesy.
