The Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) will host the rally in the federal capital, where leaders from various opposition parties are expected to address the gathering.
According to sources, the rally will be held in the well-known G-9 sector of Islamabad. However, the final venue will be officially announced soon.
Notable speakers at the rally will include Mahmood Khan Achakzai, head of the Tehreek Tahaffuz-i-Ayeen Pakistan, former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, and senior leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Political analysts believe that this rally could play a key role in shaping the country s political direction.
It is also worth mentioning that the intra-party elections of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen are scheduled for the same day, during which new party leadership will be elected.
This move by the opposition alliance is being seen as an effort to demonstrate public strength and to advance their political narrative.
