The first phase will stretch from Niazi Chowk to Harbanspura, where commuters can soon expect to be greeted by cultural murals adorning prominent buildings, whimsical installations such as a “heartbeat,” “world globe,” and "windwheel,” as well as creative signage and sculptural artworks. Colourful paintings will be showcased on overhead bridges and interchanges. The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) will plant trees at thoughtful locations, blooming public spaces with greenery.
