NADRA visits can now be booked by citizens in advance, speeding up service delivery. Consolidating services that were previously available on the Pak ID website are integrated into the app, which aims to improve convenience and system security. Gradually, these appointment services will extend to more remote tehsils, alongside the opening of new NADRA offices in AJK, Gwadar, and Gilgit Baltistan by March 31, 2025.
What Citizens Should Know
- Users will be able to register or log in via email or CNIC, with optional biometric login support.
- The app supports e-payment methods like JazzCash, Easypaisa, and e-Sahulat for paying fees such as CNIC, NICOP, B-Form, or FRC.
- Those facing biometric or verification delays can seek assistance via the NADRA helpline or official social channels.
This is a new step in the digitization of NADRA services. The Pak ID app’s appointment booking feature provides citizens with ease, convenience, and better accessibility, efficiency, and transparency in identity document processing.
