
As detailed in the App Store’s "What’s New" section dated August 21, 2025, this latest version includes:
Family Composition Enhancements are now added into the app. Users can now apply for Family Registration Certificates (FRC) and edit missing family data within their household profile.
Users now no longer need fingerprint and facial verification for self-initiated applications such as certificates, modifications, conversions, reprints, or renewals. The photo upload option has been improved, allowing users to upload photographs directly from their device storage through the browse option.
Users will now have to give consent before uploading a photograph, as it is mandatory. Urdu-language texts have undergone language refinements.
Bugs have been fixed. To improve the functionality of the app, issues in earlier versions have been addressed.

These upgrades reflect NADRA’s commitment to enhancing access to national identity management via smartphones. NADRA preserves user convenience and privacy whilst promising seamless service delivery.
Citizens are being encouraged to update to Version 4.4.5 promptly to access these improvements and enjoy smoother, more intuitive navigation of identity services.
