The drive will run from 4 to 11 August 2025 in alignment with Pakistan’s National Minorities Day on 11 August.
Over this week-long campaign, special Mobile Registration Vans (MRVs) will operate across cities and towns nationwide, alongside regular NADRA centres, to facilitate the issuance and renewal of CNICs, NICOPs, FRCs, and related identity documents for minority citizens—aimed at strengthening access to education, healthcare, voting rights, and civic participation.
In a strongly worded public statement, NADRA declared:
“You are entitled to equal rights just like every other citizen.”
This move underscores the authority’s commitment to fostering social inclusivity and supporting underrepresented communities.

The Pak ID app has also been highlighted by NADRA. The mobile app now allows users to register life events such as birth and marriages, apply for ID cards, and even submit government job applications via Single Sign-On (SSO)—all from the comfort of their homes without having to wait in long queues. This reflects NADRA’s goal to make their services more digitized for the general public, thus enhancing convenience and reducing paperwork.
The drive has been well received by civil society leaders and local minority organisations, particularly in underserved rural areas where access to document services is limited. This campaign offers real access to legal identity and its attendant rights to many families, especially the elderly, widows, or disabled citizens.
Residents are encouraged to visit the nearest MRV or official NADRA office during the campaign dates. The authority emphasises that all services under this drive will be processed with complete privacy and without discrimination.
In a country where identity documentation is crucial for accessing almost every essential government service, this campaign aims to leave “no citizen behind,” reinforcing Pakistan’s constitutional promise of equal rights for all.
