Karachi’s weather today is going to offer limited relief from the heat as it is expected to remain mostly cloudy throughout. The real-feel temperature is going to feel higher than the actual due to the humidity levels.
During the day, Karachi’s temperature will hover around 33°C, but it might feel closer to 38°C because of the high moisture in the air. Karachi witnessed a relatively warm morning around 8 AM, with low-hanging clouds already blanketing the skies. The temperature climbed to 32°C by noon, and between 2 to 4 PM the temperature is expected to peak around 33°C. While the harsh sunlight has been blocked by the cloud cover to some extent, the day is going to feel heavy and uncomfortable due to the lack of wind and elevated humidity.

Conditions will remain humid and warm in the evening. The temperature is expected to dip slightly to 31°C around 6 PM. By 9 PM, the mercury will settle around 30°C, but it will feel warmer than it actually is due to the persistence of the oppressive humidity. There’s currently no strong forecast for rain, but with monsoon season underway, a sudden light drizzle can’t be ruled out entirely later at night.
Looking at the week ahead, similar conditions are expected through the weekend, with daily highs around 32–34°C. While the skies will remain mostly cloudy, there are chances of scattered showers toward the start of next week, potentially bringing some cooling relief.
Heat Comparison: Compared to earlier in July, the actual daytime temperatures are slightly lower, but the high humidity is making the days feel just as hot—if not hotter. Karachiites are advised to stay hydrated, avoid direct outdoor exposure during peak afternoon hours, and use well-ventilated or air-conditioned spaces where possible.
So far, the overcast skies may provide a break from the glaring sun, but the thick, humid air continues to make outdoor movement taxing. Residents are encouraged to keep cool, carry water when heading out, and stay updated on rain alerts as the city moves deeper into monsoon mode.
