According to the information, the KP House will be situated in Makhniyal, Haripur district, approximately 20 minutes from Islamabad.
According to official records, this project has been included in the Annual Development Program (ADP) for 2025-26.
The total cost of the project is estimated at 500 million Pakistani rupees, with 250 million rupees already allocated for the current financial year.
The KP government has assigned the Deputy Commissioner of Haripur the task of identifying suitable government land for the project.
Orders have also been issued to the Chief Engineer, Secretary Commissioner of the Hazara Division, and other departments to assist in this process.
An initial notification for the project was issued on September 3, 2025, and copies were sent to relevant officials, including the Chief Engineer East and Secretary Commissioner Hazara Division.
Sources say the project is currently in the early stages of land identification and paperwork. Actual construction work will begin once the final design is ready and a contractor company is selected.

This new KP House near Islamabad is a strategic move by the KP government to improve its administrative presence close to the federal capital.
By locating the building just 20 minutes from Islamabad, officials and citizens will have easier access to provincial government services.
The project’s early inclusion in the ADP shows the government’s commitment to completing it in a timely manner.
However, as the project is still in the land and planning phase, it may take some time before construction starts.
Monitoring the progress will be important to ensure deadlines are met and budget allocations are used efficiently.
