These newly established sectors are designed to optimize traffic flow at key points and roads. The sectors have been introduced in the Sadar and Cantt Divisions, with particular focus on specific areas. The traffic management near Jati Umra in the Sadar Division has been improved to ensure smoother vehicle movement.

To manage congestion, the new sectors will focus on the critical areas such as Darbar Shah Fareed, Sabzazar Chowk, Raheem Store, Gold Market, Yateem Khana, and Samanabad Chowk.

In the Shera Kot Traffic Sector, traffic control has been expanded to high-traffic areas such as Babu Sabu Chowk, Chhota Babu Sabu Chowk, Liaquat Chowk, Niazi Adda, City Adda, and Abdullah Adda. These measures are aimed at alleviating congestion in the region.

The Niaz Baig Traffic Sector will focus on key locations, including Motorway Naka, Thokar Chowk, Katar Bund Road, and Azmir Chowk. It will also oversee the route from Thokar Chowk to the Military Cut, ensuring smoother traffic flow through these busy corridors.

The Multan road traffic sector has been tasked with regulating traffic in areas like Military Depot Cut, Hanjrwal, Multan Chungi, Mandi Stop, Awan Town, Kharrak Nala Chowk, and Bijli Ghar Chowk.

The New Airport Traffic Sector will manage traffic in Chitral Lane Bahar Shah Road, Askari 10, the entirety of Burki Road, Paragon City, and DHA Phases 6, 7, and 8.
