LAHORE (Web Desk): The thick fog again enveloped the plains of Punjab and Sindh during the night between Sunday and Monday.
The dense fog severely disrupted daily life, causing traffic disruptions. Fog has reduced the visibility and disrupted traffic at several points across the province at the National Highway.
The traffic flow has been disrupted in multiple cities due to low visibility. A spokesperson for the Motorway reported that the M3 motorway from Lahore to Rajana, the M4 from Shorkot to Multan, and the M5 from Multan to Rohri have been closed to traffic.
The Motorway police have urged the drivers to use Grand Trunk (GT) Road for travelling. They have requested the drivers to switch on fog lights while travelling.
The Motorway police also urged the citizens to avoid unnecessary travelling and stay at home.
