BISP has set up tehsil-level offices across the country where surveys can be completed between 9 AM and 5 PM. Additionally, mobile teams are being dispatched to remote areas to ensure maximum outreach and convenience.

In a public notice, BISP has urged beneficiaries to bring their national identity card (CNIC), children’s B-form, a recent electricity bill, and an active mobile number to the nearest office to complete the process.
The government states that this re-survey initiative aims to enhance transparency and ensure the fair distribution of resources within the aid system.
