The initiative aims to eliminate logistical and financial hurdles that often prevent low-income families from accessing welfare services.
In rural and underserved regions, mobile vans are stationed at convenient locations such as local markets, schools, and community centers, ensuring greater accessibility.
How to Register
To register, applicants simply need to bring their original CNIC. BISP staff will collect essential details, verify identity using biometric systems, and input the data into the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER).
