LAHORE (Web Desk): The interim bails of Aleema Khanum and Uzma Khan, sisters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, have been extended in the October 5 arson and siege cases.

Judge Arshad Javed of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) heard two cases linked to the October 5 arson incident. Imran Khan s sisters, Aleema Khanum and Uzma Khan, were granted a one-day exemption from appearance, and their interim bail was extended until June 13, 2025.

Their lawyers informed the court that both women were appearing in the Faisalabad court. The judge warned that if no valid case exists there, their bail could be revoked, and legal action taken against those who filed false applications.

Earlier, their bail had been extended until May 17, but due to the judge being on leave, the hearing was adjourned without action. The sisters had also missed that session, and their lawyers had cited a meeting with Imran Khan as the reason.

In a related hearing, other accused, including Salman Akram Raja, appeared before the court and marked their attendance in arson and violence cases tied to the same incident.
