According to the sources, a significant development occurred regarding PTI’s call for Islamabad march, PTI founder Imran Khan delegated powers to party’s political committee.

Sources said that opposition leader in Senate Shibli Faraz and leader of the opposition in National Assembly Omar Ayub Khan are included in PTI’s political committee. PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar, Secretary general Salman Akram Raja, Information secretary Sheikh Waqas Akram, and opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Malik Hamd Khan Bhachar are also part of the political committee.

Under the given powers, the party’s political committee will lead the committee constituted for staging protest on PTI founder’s instructions.

As per sources, party’s political committee will have right to negotiate with government at any level.
