(Web Desk): The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has announced the MDCAT 2025 results, revealing that thousands of students scored above the passing marks needed for MBBS admissions.

The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has officially declared the results of the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2025. The test was held on October 26, with a total of 47,772 candidates appearing for the exam.

The MDCAT carried a total of 180 marks. Out of all candidates, 42,048 students managed to score more than 50% marks — a significant number that highlights the tough competition among aspiring medical students this year.

For admission to MBBS programs, students are required to secure at least 55% marks in the MDCAT. This year, 39,648 candidates successfully achieved that benchmark.

The results further show that 817 candidates scored between 170 and 180 marks, while 5,955 candidates obtained marks between 160 and 169. Another 6,993 students scored between 150 and 159 marks.

All candidates can check their detailed results on the official UHS website, which has been updated with individual score sheets and rankings.

The MDCAT 2025 results reflect both the dedication of students and the rising academic standards in Pakistan’s medical education. The large number of qualifying candidates indicates strong preparation, but the competition for MBBS seats remains intense. Experts believe that future medical aspirants will need even higher scores to secure admission in top medical colleges.
