(Web Desk): The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has officially released the answer key for today’s MDCAT, allowing students to estimate their scores.

The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) is set to release the official MDCAT 2025 Answer Key within the next seven days on its official website. Thousands of aspiring medical and dental students who appeared in the nationwide test on 26 October are anxiously waiting to estimate their scores.

The MDCAT Answer Key helps students check their performance before the final results. By matching their answers, candidates can calculate their expected marks and determine whether they meet the merit range required for MBBS or BDS admissions.

The key will include correct answers for all subjects, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English, and Logical Reasoning. Each student must download the answer key according to their respective booklet code, A, B, C, or D to ensure accurate score calculation.

PMDC has provided answer keys in different paper colors such as Blue, Pink, White, Green, and Yellow. Students can easily download the PDF file, print it, and tally their answers. There is no negative marking in MDCAT, which means each correct answer directly adds to the total score.

How to Check and Calculate MDCAT Score

Follow these steps:

  • Download the MDCAT Answer Key PDF
  • Select your booklet code (A B C or D)
  • Compare each question with the answer key
  • Count the number of correct answers
  • There is no negative marking so your correct answers equal your score
  • Note your total marks and compare with previous year merit trends

The final MDCAT 2025 result will be announced after complete verification and paper checking. The official results will be available online through the PMDC result portal, where students can download their result cards and check subject-wise marks. Provincial universities will later upload merit lists for MBBS and BDS admissions.
