Punjab boards announce matric results

LAHORE: (Suno News) The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Lahore has announced the annual results of the matriculation examination.

More than 174,500 male and female students passed the matriculation exam. The percentage of students who passed the exam is above 69 percent.

Ayan Kashif of Danish School got the first position in the matriculation exam.

The BISE Multan has also announced the annual results of the matriculation examination. Boys have outshined girls by grabbing the first two positions in the science group.

Anas Javed grabbed first position by securing 1,191 marks while Muhammad Faizan Shaukat secured second position with 1,190 marks. Rania Shahid secured third position with 1,188 marks.

According to the Multan Board, the first three positions in the arts group were grabbed by religious schools. Mansab Riaz secured first position with 1,148 marks among boys while Sadia Noreen secured first position with 1,142 marks among girls.

In the year 2024, as many as 125,896 students appeared in the examination. 98,955 students passed the exam, and the success ratio was 78.60 percent.

Meanwhile, the BISE Faisalabad announced the names of successful position holders in the matriculation examination.

Arooj Fatima secured the first position in the matriculation examination with 1,189 marks out of 1,200.

Muhammad Faiq and Ali Ahmed got second position by getting 1,187 marks. Moazzam Tufail got third position by getting 1,186 marks.
